Our process starts with a unique work plan for each project, which may include removal, encapsulation, isolation, or repair of friable or non-friable asbestos-containing materials. Lead Remediation Epic Contracting provides total lead-based paint remediation services. Mold Remediation Epic Contracting’s mold remediation service starts with an initial inspection to determine the type of mold, how aggressive the mold is, and the extent of the damage. Once completed, we will then make recommendations for remediation. For more severe cases, remediation would include removing the mold-infested substrate; for less severe cases, it would include surface correction and application of a mold specific encapsulate. About Hazardous Waste RemediationEpic Contracting has the experience and equipment to remove most hazardous materials from a property, including large scale hazardous clean up projects. We can properly remove and dispose of a variety of hazardous materials including, petroleum based contaminants, PCBs, lead and mercury. Epic can manage all aspects of your hazardous waste removal project from start to finish.

Tank Closure & Remediation At Epic Contracting, we regularly handle UST projects, ranging from non-leaking tanks that simply require closure to dealing with tanks that have leaked for a long period of time. In those cases, we will pump out and dispose of the remaining liquids, then excavate, decommission, and dispose of the tank. In addition to handling the actual remediation of the UST, we can also prepare and submit all required permits, obtain utility mark outs for tank removal, and arrange necessary municipality inspections. If requested, Epic Contracting can even store the tank for an insurance investigation.
Soil and Groundwater Remediation Over the years, Epic Contracting has completed many soil and groundwater remediation projects. These projects have included using both pumps and vacuum trucks to excavate soil and remove contaminated groundwater.
